Lockdown 2.0 activities

Over the course of the current lockdown, we will set a number of activities and challenges to keep you fit, healthy and engaged with the running club.

 

Speed session

This is like our usual Thursday session to be completed solo or with one other person.

 

Club run

Similar to our Tuesday session with distances ranging from 3 to 8 miles to be completed solo or with one other person.

 

Weekly challenge

A weekly challenge with a prize for the weekly winner. Results must be submitted by the required time on Sunday.

Weekly results

 

Weekly ParkRun

An 5k route (of your choice) which must be run between 6am and 1pm on Saturday.

Log your best time before 2pm on Saturday to feature on the results table.

Core session

Don't forget that DPTS are still offering online core sessions (Wednesday at 6:15pm) during the lockdown. Please refer to the Facebook members page for more information.
