This weeks challenge is Fight your Fears!
We all have that one thing, that one hill, that one route, that we fear, hate and detest!
This week, your challenge is to go out and beat it. To conquer that route you have always hated and banish that fear.
Once you've done it, don't forget to post on the social page.
You pick a 5k route and run it on a Saturday morning between 6am and 1pm.
